About regulating tariffs of “107” service for intercity and international telephone conversations

 

Pursuant to the “Regulations on the Tariff (price) Council of the Republic of Azerbaijan” approved by decree  № 341 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated 26 December 2005, and  “Rules for organization of state control over formation and application of the tariffs (prices) applied for the state regulation” approved by resolution № 247 of the  Cabinet of Ministers dated 30 December 2005, the Tariff (price) Council  of the Republic of Azerbaijan DECIDES: 

 

1. Tariff of “107” communication service for intercity and international telephone conversations implemented via fixed network (as well as wired and wireless) telephones shall be determined at 5 gepick for rural areas and at 10 gepick for cities and regional centers (including VAT). 

 

2. It shall be determined that “107” service fee shall be added to the payment of intercity and international telephone conversations carried out via this service.

 

3. The tariff determined under this resolution shall concern “107” service for intercity and international telephone conversations of all fixed network operators operating in telecommunication network in accordance with  the license issued  by the Ministry of Communication and Information Technologies regardless of property form. 

 

4. This resolution shall take effect from 1 January 2014.

About regulation of monthly subscription fees for use of fixed network telephones

 

Pursuant to the “Regulations on the Tariff (price) Council of the Republic of Azerbaijan” approved by decree № 341 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated 30 December 2005 and “Rules for organization of state control over formation and application of the tariffs (prices) applied for the state regulation” approved by resolution № 247 of the Cabinet of Ministers dated 30 December 2005, the Tariff (price) Council  of the Republic of Azerbaijan DECIDES: 

 

1. Monthly subscription fees, including VAT for use of fixed network telephones (including wired and wireless) throughout the country shall be approved as follows:

2. The tariff determined under this resolution shall apply to all fixed network operators operating in public telecommunication network in accordance with the license issued by the Ministry of Communication and Information Technologies regardless of property form. 

3. Decision №13 of the Tariff (Price) Council of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated 14 May 2007 “About regulation of monthly subscription fees for fixed network telephones” shall be annulled.

4. This resolution shall take effect from 1 January 2014.

On regulation of monthly subscription fee for the use of fax machine

 

Pursuant to the “Regulations on the Tariff (price) Council of the Republic of Azerbaijan” approved by decree № 341 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated 26 December 2005, and “Rules for organization of state control over formation and application of the tariffs (prices) applied for the state regulation” approved by resolution № 247 of the Cabinet of Ministers dated 30 December 2005, the Tariff (price) Council of the Republic of Azerbaijan DECIDES: 

 

1. Monthly subscription fee for the use of a fax machine connected to the network shall be set at 50 gepick (inclusive of VAT).

 

 

2. The tariff determined under this resolution shall apply to all fixed network operators operating in public telecommunication network in accordance with the license granted by the Ministry of Communications and Information Technologies regardless of property form. 

3. This resolution shall take effect from 1 January 2014.
